Scoring configuration

Tune how tenders are found and scored. Lists take one entry per line (or comma-separated). Changes apply on the next Refresh from sources.

CPV categories the tender types we always pull, and the starting score each one is worth (0–100; blank = built-in default). What a score does: at or above the keep threshold the tender is always shown and the AI never checks it; between the two thresholds it goes to the AI, whose verdict then replaces this score; below the borderline it isn't AI-reviewed and stays low. Keywords found in the tender text add points on top.

Keep threshold a tender scoring ≥ this keeps its score and skips the AI entirely — so nothing double-checks it

Borderline threshold tenders from this value up to the keep threshold are sent to the AI to judge. Below it nothing is deleted — those tenders are still stored and searchable, they just aren't AI-reviewed, so they stay low and normally sit under your Min score filter. Raising this value cuts AI cost.

Automatic refresh

When the application automatically pulls new tenders from TED + publicprocurement.be. Times are Europe/Brussels (handles summer/winter time automatically).

Access requests

People who registered themselves at /signup and confirmed their email address. Approving one activates a Sales account and emails them that they can sign in. Nobody can sign in before you approve them.

Users

Everyone with an account. Add someone directly here (they can sign in immediately, no approval step) or approve a self-registration above. Edit changes their name, email, role or access; Revoke blocks sign-in but keeps the account; Delete removes it for good. Colleagues with an @solvint.com address can register themselves and get access straight away.

Anthropic tokens used by AI relevance scoring and summaries, grouped by month and by the person who triggered each refresh (the daily automatic run shows as Scheduled refresh). Only records data while an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is configured.

Email sending

TenderScout sends email through Resend. Paste an API key here to switch sending on. Each user still picks their own mode (Daily summary / As they happen / No emails) from the app's user menu.

Delivery to anyone other than the Resend account owner also needs the sending domain verified in Resend. Until the domain of the "Send from" address is verified, Resend accepts the key but refuses the message.
